Today our Free Guitar Lesson is on The C Major Pentatonic scale.
The Pentatonic scale is made up of 5 notes:
C D E G A
The C Major Pentatonic can be used for soloing over progressions in the key of C major. An example would be the progression with the chords:
C major / E minor / F major / G major
Another Progression would be:
C major / F Major / C Major / G major / C Major
